"My house was in need of painting and after further inspection, I noticed that some of the wood was rotten and all of the window trim needed replacement. I had planned on living in this home for a long time so I decided to re-side the home instead of painting. I was seeking a project that would be maintenance free and withstand the harsh Colorado climate (hail, wind, intense sun). I am a very analytical and discriminating buyer and did my homework. After interviewing a fair number of contractors and after comparing bids (not only for the price, but for the work and project they were going to provide) I chose Thomas Home Improvement, owned and operated by Ron Thomas. My reasons for choosing Thomas Home Improvement were that Ron had been in business for over 20 years, Ron would perform the work himself, and the quality of his work and product were far superior to the other contractors. Interesting enough, Ron was also the least expensive. The work on my house has included total siding replacement to include soffit, fascia, and eavestrough.

The work on my house was completed in a very timely manner and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work that Ron has done. Everyone who has come by and looked at my house has agreed that the workmanship is superb. Ron’s attention to detail was excellent. I have also been pleasantly surprised by the little “extras” that Ron offered to do, which the other contractors did not offer (like painting my garage door to match the siding). From start to finish, I received a first class installation and the property was left clean upon inspection.

In my experience Ron has honored all agreements we made, even those not detailed out in writing. He is also willing to be flexible and accommodate reasonable requests. Ron was at all times respectful, trustworthy, courteous and conscientious!
